Each & every Child is special for his parents & he or she needs special attention. Children are not without their own emotional, mental, and physical troubles. Just as with older humans, children are capable of feeling all types of feelings. Children and mental health often reflects greatly on the parental mental health that a child has when he or she become a parent themselves. Kids that grow up in a positive environment are much more likely to be positive adults than those that experience negative emotional mental health during their childhood. Both biological and environmental reasons contribute in mental disorder in a child. Parents are the most important key toward child’s brain development. But sometimes biological reasons are chemical imbalances in body, genetics and even injury to the central nervous system. After a child is only a few months old, their emotional health begins to develop. Hence it is essential to care about mental health of your child from very beginning. It is important during infancy that a baby learns he or she can trust the caregiver. The baby needs to know that his or her needs are taken care of when a diaper should be changed or feeding needs to take place. Infants that go long periods of time without the attention of the caregiver are much more likely not to trust. Parents are role model for their children. It is important to take the role of being a parent seriously and consider these resources carefully if you are becoming stressed out. Without each generation succeeding each other by bringing into being productive, well-balanced citizens, our world will cease to exist as we know it. It is necessary to provide a balance of love and discipline and an opportunity to realize his gifts and potential. To have a mentally healthy child, be the role model you want your child to emulate, teach the child how to behave in different situations, provide the necessary guidance, have the pleasant conversations, and do fun things together. For proper mental health of your child, it is also necessary to care about his eating habits. You should start to replace the junk food with meals that are high in the basic raw materials that is required by the body and brain. You should also encourage our children to eat fat free soups along with fresh lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds.
